Guest Rooms
The six-story hotel features 400 guest rooms in seven room categories: Presidential Suite, Kingdom Suite, Kingdom Club Rooms, Fantasia (44 rooms), Sea View with Balcony (171 rooms), Sea View (84 rooms) and Garden View (50 rooms). The hotel has fifteen suites, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, on the topmost floor. This floor, the Concierge level, also features 36 deluxe Kingdom Club guestrooms, and offers guests on this floor complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. Eight rooms that spread among all the categories have been designed to be accessible to disability.

The hotel has 3 categories of room rates depending on the season and the room type:
. Value season offers room rates range from Park View at HK$1600 to the Suites, which start at HK$5600.
. Regular season offers room rates range from Park View at HK$1900 to the Suites, which start at HK$6200.
. Peak season offers room rates range from Park View at HK$2200 to the Suites, which start at HK$6800.

The hotel offers 2 restaurants and 3 lounges: Crystal Lotus is the hotel's signature restaurant, offering thematic setting of 5 traditional elements and featuring a menu of Cantonese, Beijing, Shanghai and Sichuan cuisines; Enchanted Garden Restaurant highlights the Disney favourite characters to meet and greet the customers when they enjoy the international buffet in a Victorian-style conservatory setting; Kingdom Club is a retreat for Kingdom floor guests whom are provided with the view on the balcony; Sea Breeze Bar is good for light meal and cocktails by the pool and Sorcerer's Lounge to quench your thirst while Grand Salon features Continental Breakfast and High Tea in true Victorian style.

Victorian Spa
The Hotel's Victorian Spa practice its philosophy not only by its outlook and architecture but also its services-the search for luxury and elegance. It features individual brass and marble treatment rooms, naming after herbs and flowers: Jasmine, Peppermint, Lavender and Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Vanilla Pod, Rose water, Lemon and Lime, Rosemary and Thyme, Eucalyptus and Sandalwood.
